MOBILE BROADBAND AWARDS: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
The Customer Satisfaction award is based on our survey of over 4,000 mobile broadband customers asked to rate their provider whilst running a speed test on Broadband Expert during the period of the January and September 2008.
T-Mobile scored the highest marks with an impressive average customer satisfaction rating of 71%, marginally ahead of Vodafone who scored 70%.
