Lack of coverage resulting in poor speeds or complete loss of connection is the biggest gripe of all mobile broadband customers. The Best Coverage award is based on feedback from customers in addition to our own testing of each of the mobile broadband providers in various parts of the UK.

Vodafone won this award because its product achieved more consistent speeds during our testing and also due to the fact that it received the least amount of customer complaints about coverage on our forums. It's important to add that we still feel this is the biggest area for future improvement for mobile broadband.
